About

We created Ishta to specifically support first-generation immigrants in Silicon Valley and across the US. We know how hard it is to balance a busy career, cultural obligations, and family care (kids and elders) while trying to navigate the super confusing US healthcare system. We step in to be your trusted guide, offering clear directions, culturally sensitive support, and reliable help when you’re facing stressful medical situations.
